LICENSING Opportunities:- There are around 180,000 houses built annually in the UK, principally using traditional brick and block methodology. In recent months and years, it has become clear that there are pressing environmental issues to be squared up to.                             

We face a growing awareness that we cannot continue to waste resources which are increasingly in short supply, and conversely that we cannot countenance the building of properties which are thermally inefficient and of generally poor quality.

SIPTEC built houses, by contrast, offer a more efficient build process which is both cost-effective and quality driven. The SIPTEC system outperforms traditional and timber frame methodologies by a considerable margin. It isn't a "new" technology, in that housing has been built using SIPs for upwards of 50 years in the USA, but it is relatively new to the UK, Siptec have been manufacturing and developing The Siptec System for over 24 years.
As more stringent environmental measures are imposed by government in the Spring of 2007, the Structural Insulated Panel system by SIPTEC, is certain to emerge as a defining technology. The opportunity, therefore, lies in providing an industry seeking change with the solution that is the SIPTEC panel.

Potential manufacturing partners of SIPTEC should be well resourced, as this is a sophisticated  system requiring significant financial input. By investing in the most advanced and effective production facilities available, the SIPTEC system will dominate the marketplace.

The SIPTEC License We can offer business opportunities in:- SIP manufacture, sales, building sales and erection, wherever SIP's are required, a SIPTEC licensed plant will generate very attractive returns on investment.

SIPTEC will analyse and develop local market information, ascertain what product should be produced and volume levels, to optimise investment returns, analyse local labour, material costs, capital and finance facilities and produce feasibility study.  Draw up performance specification for the plant, design procure and oversee the manufacture, testing, installation and commissioning of all production machinery.

SIPTEC will train management, manufacturing and sales personnel in application of the technology, including all License fees, plant & equipment costs will be payable in three installments.  The initial license fee is used to support SIPTEC's assistance to the Licensee during the Set Up and technology transfer process.  In addition, the Licensee will pay SIPTEC quarterly royalties on commercial production.  Royalty payments are used by SIPTEC to provide continuing technical support for research and development, ISO, BTC, BRE and T.R.A.D.A. Q MARK  certification and for ongoing process and product improvement.  The bulk of SIPTEC's compensation is from the royalty payments which are due only upon the success of the Licensee.

The SIPTEC system Is a fully developed production process which can be brought to readiness in a period of 3 to 4 months, and which is capable of manufacturing sufficient panels for the construction up to  3000-6000 houses per annum, This of course is scaleable either up or down.

The system is purchased under license, as all testing and product research and development are carried out  under the SIPTEC brand name and on a continual improvement basis. We have extensive testing figures compiled from work conducted at BRE, BTC, CERAM and Surrey University, and will produce all the necessary certification to allow the product to sell openly on the market.
